Eligibility to apply is limited to:
- Over 55 years of age
- No violent criminal record or on the sex offenders registry
Regardless of renting a one or two bedroom unit we only provide one parking spot per apartment.
If there is an issue with your apartment, such as a leaky faucet or broken appliance, you should contact us as soon as possible to report the issue. Our maintenance team will work as quickly as possible to address the issue, and it’s important to document any damage to determine who is responsible for any repairs.
Generally no. Only with prior permission being granted minor modification may be possible. If unapproved modifications take place tenants will be responsible for any costs to restore the apartment to its initial state.

The application process for renting our apartments typically involves filling out an application form, providing proof of income, submitting a credit report, and sometimes undergoing a background check. Once you have been approved, you will sign a lease agreement, conduct an apartment inspection to confirm its condition, and pay a security deposit and the first month’s rent.
